Order Instructions & Information

Prices: Stock designs $1-$6; Floaty Scripto Lighters now on sale for $2.25 each ($4.25 originally).
Manufacturer: All of the pens and lighters on my list were manufactured by Eskesen of Denmark.
Exceptions: Any/all exceptions to that rule will be clearly marked.

Please, check availability before sending payment.
(or provide a list of alternate pens for substitution).
You may do this via email, fax, or phone. I will get back to you ASAP
with confirmation of availability and a total.
Expect all or most of the pens on your wish-list to be in stock.
NOTE... Orders are handled on a first-come first-served basis.

How to Place an order: Prepare a list of pens you are interested in. A simple description will suffice.
Example... begin with a category (or state & city) followed by a descriptive keyword for each pen.
New Arrivals: Sleepy Hollow, MN/Streetcar #322, Democrats, Republicans.
Advertise: Absolute, Beer, Smithsonian/Elephant, Target
States: FL/Flamingo, NJ/Sailboats, WA/Seattle/White ferry
Floaty Scripto Lighters: Altanta/Peaches, Pittsburgh/Jet
Send the list via email, fax or call it in. I will prepare a total and get back with you.

Note: If you choose to send an email order... please include 'float pens' or 'floaty pens' in the subject line.
98% of my incoming email is pure junk. It's so overwhelming! Using 'floaty' in the subject line will get my attention. Yes, you may also snail mail an order and payment, but please provide a list of alternates for substitution.

Reserve: Pens will be held for up to 14 days. If payment is not received at the end of the two week period,
the pens will be returned to inventory... unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Shipping Charges:
as of May 2007:
$2.50 USA First Class S/H if ordering 1-3 pens
$3.00 USA First Class S/H if ordering 4-7 pens
$3.50 USA First Class S/H if ordering 8-10 pens
$5.00 USA 2-3 Day USPS Priority/Confirmed orders for 11-21 pens.
Priority packages over 1 pound are now calculated by zone. Provide your city, state and zipcode at the time of your order so that I may provide an accurate quote.
Customers residing outside the USA will be advised of shipping charges.
I charge the actual shipping rate, plus $1 to cover my materials.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
I make a trip to the Post Office daily Mon-Fri; Sometimes on Saturday; Never on a Sunday or holiday.

Insurance... optional. Packages are hand delivered to my Post Office five-six days a week. Sorry, I can not afford to compensate customers for uninsured packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in route. For peace of mind, I recommend insuring orders that total $20 or more.
$00.01 - $50.00 Insurance = $1.25 (I self-insure; to be explained on your invoice quote)
$50.01 - $100.00 Insurance = $2.25; Orders over $100... I will provide a quote.

No PayPal account? I can accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover, but only for orders that total $50 or more. My website is NOT secured for processing credit cards. If you wish to use a card, call or fax your information to me. To successfully charge your card for the order I will need: Your address (where you receive your credit card statements), your account number, account expiration date and three digit security code (on the back of your card).
